Once any amount of such Gift Cards is redeemed on the Site or the App, any balance remaining on the Gift Card can only be redeemed on the Site or the App.
Gift Cards can be redeemed only towards purchases of SHEIN’s products (i.e., products sold by SHEIN Distribution Corporation) and cannot be redeemed towards purchases of Third-Party Sellers’ products. In addition, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for purchase of SHEIN CLUB membership.
Once payment has been received, Gift Cards will be delivered within 10- 30mins during the hours of 10:00am-5:00pm
Outside of these hours, you can expect delivery of your gift card within 1-5 hours.
N.B.: Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
